Established by Barry Mason in 1989 as the first Architectural Photography firm in Ireland, and spearheaded by Donal Murphy LIPPA since 2003, we shoot exclusively for the construction sector.

Our expertise in photography of the built environment is second to no-one.

Our award winning photography of completed projects is used mainly for publication in trade journals such as Architecture Ireland, but we also use our experience to produce the following:

DONAL MURPHY joined Barry Mason Photography in 1998, became partner and principal photographer in 2003, and succeeded Barry Mason as proprietor in 2005. Originally from Cork, he is a graduate of Dublin City University and a member of the Irish Professional Photographers Association.

Donal exhibited at the Europe d’Art d’Art festival in Niort, France in 1996, studying in workshops conducted by French photographer Bernard Plossu and has also exhibited a study of urban spaces at night in the Gallery of Photography, Dublin:
